Our Process

Effective Process Implementation

Each project begins with a full description of our process.

Our projects have two phases: vision/scope, during which the project is scoped and defined; and development, during which the project is executed.

The vision/scope phase generally takes from two to six weeks, and results in a vision/scope document that contains:
  • Problem statement that clearly identifies the exact nature of the business issue;
  • Vision statement that articulates the suggested solution;
  • Design goals that identify technologies and scope;
  • Risk assessment that allows us to proactively address potential problems;
  • Project structure that clearly specifies timelines and deliverables;
  • Team structure that clearly assigns responsibilities;
  • Critical success factors that quantify project success.

Within the vision/scope (product specification) document, we deliver a fixed-price/fixed-time proposal for the development phase. Once accepted by the client, the project proceeds using proven, defined phases for process management, team structure, and technology design.

An Executed Process Model
We jointly define interim milestones with our clients, so that everyone is comfortable that the project is proceeding on schedule, and in the right direction. Our project processes are defined in full by following the phase links below:

Team - Phase 2
Design - Phase 3
